Shipping, Returns, Taxes and Duties

We want your purchase to arrive without any issues. Sometimes, as hard as we try, this is not possible. Here are answers to any questions you may have regarding shipping issues, our return policy, taxes and duties owed. 

Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Worldwide via UPS and DHL. Shipping charges will be generated based on customer location and weight of the product. We are constantly updating shipping costs to get you our best price possible. All items purchased will be processed within 3 business days. Note, UPS or DHL options made after 3pm CST on Friday will not be picked up until the following Monday afternoon. 

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Some orders may experience custom delays and we have no control over these delays.

Taxes and Duties

Non-U.S. Customers: Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and the recipient is responsible for paying all international customs and clearance related duty/tax. The Thrasher House is not responsible for payment of this duty. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase! If you are not, you have 5 business days to return product for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us at thethrasherhouse@gmail.com for return instructions or concerns.

After 5 days, all sales are final. All clearance/discounted items are final sale - they may not be returned.

The Thrasher House is not responsible if the returned package is lost or damaged in the mail.
